Evening Skin Care Routine
Over the past month, as I developed more free time, I started focusing on my skin again. This is something that I wish I would focus on more often- rather than just during the summer- however I don't usually have enough time to do so.
These are products that I have been using consistently for over a month, some of them I have used on occasion in the past; I feel that I am able to offer an honest opinion and I am able to tell you why I use them.
(All the links lead to the cheapest products that I could find, however I cannot guarantee that they are the cheapest you could find.)
L'Oréal Fine Flower Cleansing Balm:
I start by using this cleansing balm, if I have heavier eye makeup I tend to apply it to my eyes and leave if for a few seconds before wiping it away, however usually I will take a bit on a cotton pad and wipe it across my eye lid and eyebrow. I usually do this twice on each eye (using one cotton pad).
I tend to use this product for eye make up because it is really easy to use, it doesn't irritate my eyes and it removes my makeup really quickly. Just one swipe and it's off. I have almost finished this pot and it has lasted for quite a while; I will be repurchasing it!

Wilko Skin Therapy Tea Tree Wipes:
I will then use a makeup wipe- right now I am using Tea tree wipes from Wilko- all over my face. I do this to remove as much makeup as I can. However, using a makeup wipe doesn't remove all makeup.
I don't tend to stick to one makeup wipe brand, when I run out I purchase whatever is available to me at the time (usually it is the cheapest option I can find). I quite like these Wilko ones because they aren't dry and they seem to contain a fair amount of makeup remover.

Garnier Micellar Water:
My final step in my makeup removing process is to take some micellar water on a cotton pad and to wipe it all over my face. I do this to remove any leftover makeup that may have been left behind; usually this is just a bit of mascara and foundation.
This is a product that I continuously gravitate towards. It leaves my skin feeling soft and clean. It removes my makeup easily and I think that it lasts quite well.

At this point I would usually wash my face- however sometimes I don't have time for this. I decided now to show you the face wash I am using at the moment because I am testing out new products and I don't have a particular one that I am using on a regular basis.
CAUDALIE Vinosource S.O.S Thirst Quenching Serum:
After I have dried my face I will often use a serum on my face and neck. This isn't something that I will always do, if I don't have enough time I will leave it out or if I don't feel the need for the serum I have at the time. I received this serum in a my Look Fantastic beauty box and I tend to use it when I feel that I have dry skin.
The consistency is light and it leaves my skin feeling soft, however it is an expensive product and so I probably won't repurchase it. But if you have enough money I would recommend it.

Omorovicza Balancing Moisturiser:
I will then use a moisturiser on my face and neck, at the moment I am using this moisturiser that I received in another Look Fantastic beauty box. I think that this product lasts a while as a little goes a long way (I've been using it since April).
It leaves my skin soft and hydrated, and it smells amazing, however it is an expensive product so for that reason I am unlikely to buy it again. Again, if you have enough money then I would recommend it. If you don't have enough money then I would recommend trying Nivea Soft.

The Body Shop Rose Dewy Glow Face Mist:
I finish my skincare routine by using a face mist. At the moment I am using this one from the body shop. It leaves my skin feeling refreshed and hydrated. This is also a product that I will use if it is warm because I feel that it cools me down.
It is something that even if you don't use it as part of your skincare process then if is handy to have- you can use it to freshen up, retouch your makeup and more. It is one that I will recommend as I would repurchase and I will be looking at their other face mists.

I hope you enjoyed!
Love you all xoxo
