My Latest Beauty Haul

Over the past month or so I've saved up the beauty products that I've purchased so that I could write a blog post on them. Some of them are products that I have now tested while others I have not, so I will be able to tell you what I like about them or what I am hoping from them.

I quite often use Instagram or other blogs to gather inspiration for new products that I might want to test out, but sometimes I like to just find things that I haven't necessarily heard much or anything about so that I can try something new or perhaps find something underrated. Most of the products in this blog post fit into this category.

Surprisingly, all of these product are from one of two places. This is unusual for me because I like to explore the ranges different shops have, but I've only been on two shopping trips; one to the 'worlds biggest primark' in Birmingham and the other to my local shopping centre when I nipped into Boots to get a new eyebrow product.

Primark-

P.S... Vitamin C Revitalising Bubble Sheet Mask (£1.50)-

I love bubble sheet masks, so when I saw this and how affordable it is, I had to get it. Unlike the other ones that I have tried, this is is a radiance boosting mask, and I really enjoyed it. I'm not sure if it actually 'boosted my radiance'- you probably wouldn't actually be able to tell after one mask- but it is definitely refreshing and soothing. I'd say that it is a great face mask to use after a long day or night-out to relax.

P.S... Soothing Eye Patches (£1.00)

I have quite noticeable bags under my eyes naturally, but it doesn't help that I have insomnia so the bags under my eyes can look quite bad and sometimes they look a bit puffy, but I am always looking for new eye products. I have tried eye patches before and I find them quite soothing so I decided to try these ones. There are fifteen pairs in each back- which it great for the price- and they do feel like them reduce the puffiness and sooth. However, the only thing that I am not keen on is the almost sticky residue that is left behind when you remove the patches, but, for the price I think that I can look past that; so I will definitely but these again.

Creightons Pink Grapefruit Refreshing Face Wash (£1.50)

Pink grapefruit, and anything citrusy- is my favourite fragrance. I find it so refreshing and awakening, so when I saw this I decided that I would try it as I had just run out of my previous face wash. I have used this a few times since I bought it and I love it, it is prefect to use in the morning- especially if I am struggling to wake up- as it feels so fresh and invigorating.

Pink Lemonade Lip Scrub (£2.50)

As soon as I saw this I knew that I had to try it. This lip scrub looks so similar to the Lush ones (maybe slightly smaller) and I knew that I had to try it. I haven't used it yet (as I am currently still using my Lush one) so I can't say too much about how well it works, but I do know that it smells amazing and I am looking forward to testing it out soon!

Boots-

C.Y.O Triple Date (£6.50)

I was searching for a new eyebrow product as I have been using the same one for the year or so and I fancied a change. I haven't actually tried an eyebrow pencil and when I saw this one I decided that this one looked quite good. It comes with a wind-up brow pencil, a highlight and a clear brow gel. It is quite pigmented and I think it lasts really well. I have really enjoyed using it and I would buy it again- however, I have a couple of complaints. First one is that after a few uses it flattens out and you have to use the edge or sharpen it, but it isn't too difficult, the second complaint it the the highlight is quite powdery and if you're not careful you do get a fair amount of fall-out. But, other than those minor issues, it is a really good eyebrow pencil.

You can get it here (and it's on offer right now (£1.95))

Rimmel London Match Perfection Foundation (£8.29)

I don't think I really need to say much about this foundation, I've talked about it highly for years and I repurchase it again and again. It blends easily, it matches my skin tone perfectly, it has a good (and buildable) coverage and it doesn't feel cakey on my skin. I 100% recommend this foundation.

Boots Cucumber Eye Gel (£1.50)

Like I said before, I am always looking at testing out eye products, so that day I decided to pick up two of boots own eye products to test them as they are extremely affordable. I find that cucumber is so soothing and refreshing, so it is perfect for an eye product- and although I haven't tried this particular product yet, I am looking forward to testing it; I am thinking about taking it on holiday with me, in case I need to refresh tired eyes.

You can get it here!

Boots Expert Sensitive Hydrating Eye Cream (£2.50)

I have been using this eye cream for about a month when I remember to add it into my routine or I just feel like my eyes need a little something extra. I think that it does its job pretty well. I think that it does reduce puffy eyes and it also seems to soothe, hydrate and refresh- which are some of the qualities that I look for in a good eye product. So I think that this product works perfectly and if you are looking for a decent cheap eye product then I would recommend this one!

You can get it here!

I hope that you find this useful when you are looking for new products and I hope that you enjoyed!

Love you all xoxo
