New places

As I am in the middle of my summer holidays, it wouldn't be my holidays without the tradition of visiting my grandparents! I have visited them every summer for about a week (not including other times I get to see them) since I was born! They live in the countryside in a place called Spalding! It's so lovely!

Its a pretty place to go, they have a little town with a river, there are little walks and large fields that seem to stretch for miles! Sometimes I can't help but want to move up here... I wish I could!

That actually brings me to the topic of today's blog post. I know that many of you, like me, will be returning to school after this well earned summer break... but some of you will be attending a new school. whether it is going to be your first day of secondary school or college or university!

Most people have that sense of dread when you go back to school, and the nerves just seem to eat away at you when you are attending a new school! This blog post is a bit early as it is only the middle of the summer holidays and I wont be attending a different school until next year, but time seems to go so quickly and before I know it I will be at a different school.

I am nervous, but to those of you who are attending a new school soon, just remember that other people have been in your position and everyone knows how it feels to be new and lost... you are not alone and there is always someone there for you. You don't have to be afraid when you go to these new places!!

Love you all xoxo
