christmas eve

It's Christmas eve and this maybe the last post of Christmas, unless I decide to post tomorrow! But for today I thought I would share my Christmas eve with you and maybe a few memories!

We sometimes spend Christmas at my grandparents, if we don't it's because my mum is a district nurse and she works evenings and nights so sometimes she works Christmas eve and Christmas! But this year we are at our grandparents!

My grandma is so organised. All her presents are are put into a basket and sorts all the snacks and drinks all around the side.

 It wouldn't be Christmas eve without that box of Turkish delight on top of the piano for my mum and grandma!

 A mince pie. Honestly I love my grandma's mince pies, they are amazing!

 She also likes to try and guilt us into feeding her before she cuddles to once you have finished!

 And of course we pile our presents next to our grandma's. It's not neat. (The bag on the right at the end contains the presents I got for my family)

 Then our grandad convinces us to play games he bought from antique shops! Then we have dinner and then we play a few more games.

 And of course my grandma has decorated my room with the decorations she uses in this room every year!

And there's my bed. My hot water bottle to keep me warm!
