My Beach Bag Essentials

This post will be slightly similar to my previous post; unfortunately the blog post that I wanted to post next is taking longer to write than I thought it would due to the amount of research I am trying to put into in. I didn't want to post this next, however, it is still related to the holiday theme.

I will apologise for any brief explanations, I just wanted to get something up for you because it has been a while since I have posted. Because I have already written a post about what I carried in my bag for the plane, I have already explained my reasoning's for taking most of these products or items.

This is what I tend to keep in my beach bag when I go away. This may change depending on the day, weather or the amount of time I am there; but on an average day this is what I will carry.

Unfortunately, I don't know where my bag is from because it was given to me a while ago, but this is the bag I took with me.

I didn't photograph my towel, beach cover-up (although it does partly feature in a few of the photographs) my phone and headphones or my camera (because I was using it to take these photographs) however I always keep these items in my beach bag- sometimes I may leave my camera behind.

Watch

I take my watch because it records the amount of steps I take and I also might want to know what the time is.

Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream Intensive Moisturising Hand Treatment

Because sea water can dry out your skin. I also find that moisturisers can make you feel fresher, which is nice when it is hot.

Evian Facial mist

I take this because if I get hot or feel sweaty it is nice to cool myself down. It is also another product that makes me feel fresher.

Dr.PAWPAW Original Clear Balm

Because dry lips aren't really comfortable.

Sun Cream

I don't usually take both sun creams, however on this particular day I was running out of both of these so I took both. It depended on the amount of time I would be out in the sun when I decided which sun cream I would take with me.

Murad Environmental Shield Essential C Day Moisture SPF 30

I like to protect my face, so once I've been in the water I like to top up with both sun cream and SPF moisturiser.

Book

I always take a book to read when I go to the beach.

Waterproof Camera

I took my camera to see if I could photograph any fish or to get any nice photographs in the water- one of which I did manage to to.

Goggles

I brought the goggles from a little shop by the beach because salt water stings your eyes, and if I wanted to take photographs then I would need to see underwater.

Water Bottle

Because it is good to stay hydrated, especially when you are out in the sun.

Inhalers

Just in case, I've had to take my inhaler because the cold water took my breath away in the past (although this only usually occurs if I've already got a bad chest).

Plasters and Support Bandage

Because I often end up injuring myself.

Hair Bands

I take hairbands so that I can put my hair back when I go swimming.

Purse

So that I can by lunch and any drinks that I may need.

I am sorry about how brief this blog post was, I just wanted to make sure that I got something up while I am writing my next blog post.

Hope you enjoyed!

Love you all xoxo
